Gregory Klok | Founder and CEO

Mr. Klok has over 20 years of mining operations experience and was one of the Co-founders of Consolidated Mining Inc, a company formed to research and mine precious minerals and develop business opportunities globally. Since the 1990’s he has been involved in mining operations internationally including Mexico, Peru, Colombia, West Africa and North America. He has managed placer and hard rock mining operations, completed major infrastructure work and managed a work force of over 60 people during the production phase of several mining operations. Between 2003 and 2007 prior to co-founding Consolidated Mining he worked with Gekko systems to design and set up a custom placer processing plant for Inca Minerals to evaluate their Kiabamba Gold River Project and was responsible for dealing with local customs and mining authorities to import equipment obtain mining permits for Inca Minerals in Peru. He was also head of exploration for Hamilton mining SARL where he was responsible for evaluating the Tinkisso River Dredging Permit.

Tony Bainbridge | Founder and Chairman

Mr. Bainbridge has over 32 years of geological and minig experience across Asia, Africa amd South America. As a successful manager, instrumental in advancing Frieda Copper, Ramu Nickel, K92 Gold, Sukabumi Zinc Projects. Consulted for more than 12 years to large mining groups including BHP-Billiton, Niugini Mining, MIM, Pan-Continental. He recently managed the development of 3 mining projects in Tungsten, Gold & Zinc in South Korea and Australia. He has extensive experience in the identification of high quality mining opportunities and has demonstrated the ability to bring them onto successful production.

Mark Bainbridge | Founder and COO

Bainbridge brings over 34 years of invaluable experience in the mining industry, contributing significantly to the development of numerous international projects. With a diverse skill set, he is a registered builder, licensed explosive holder, and possesses expertise in production plant planning and construction. Mark has excelled in various management roles, overseeing personal operations, logistics for mining support industries, and the implementation of drilling programs, as well as the establishment of remote operations and camp construction. His profound knowledge in geological and engineering aspects of mining industry operations positions him as the company’s primary liaison for setting up and managing production facilities. With over 25 years dedicated to gold exploration and discovery, Mark has forged strong relationships with local community leaders and government mining ministries, making him an indispensable asset to the management team for all future endeavors.

Bob Armstrong | CFO

Mr. Armstrong brings over 20 years experiance as a C.F.O. for small rapidly growing companies. His experiances range from raw startups to publicly traded companies. His responsibilities included all activities related to financial management, financial reporting, team building and mentoring staff, risk management, capital raising and human resources. He has worked in numerous industries including manufacturing, consulting, service, hedge funds and real estate. Mr. Armstrong also spent four years as Assistant Treasurer for Nu-West Industries, Inc., a publicly-traded chemical fertilizer manufacturer. Mr. Armstrong began his career as an auditor with Deloitte in Denver. Mr. Armstrong received a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 1984.

Bismark Awafo | Senior Local Manager

Mr. Bismark Awafo boasts over 13 years of extensive experience in geology, drilling, and field mapping across West Africa. His career includes notable roles with prominent organizations such as the Minerals Commission of Ghana, where he served as a junior geologist, and engagements with industry leaders like China Gold Ghana, Asia Intercept Mining, and Cassius Mining Ghana Ltd. Throughout his career, he has also served as a consulting geologist for various local and small-scale mining groups in Ghana.

Mr. Awafo’s expertise will be instrumental in our operations, particularly in his role as a liaison with the over 159 small-scale mining groups across the region. His contributions have been pivotal in organizing additional small-scale mining groups under our company’s partnership. Furthermore, he will play a crucial role in community relations and implementing our procedures to ensure adherence to safe mining practices.

Francis Ontoyin | Senior Local Counsel

Francis Ontoyin practiced as a lawyer in Ghana having worked with Reindorf Chambers – DLA Piper Africa – Ghana. He had been in practice with the firm for 5 years, mainly in the areas of financial services, projects and infrastructure, energy and natural resources law, and dispute resolution. Prior to that, Francis worked at Sinopec International Petroleum Services Limited and Jereh Group Oilfields Company – both Chinese multinational corporations with responsibility for providing legal advice and regulatory Compliance. H advised Sinopec International Petroleum Services Limited on the West African Gas Pipeline Project in relation to its investments to build Operate and Transfer a Gas Pipeline in Atuabo, Ghana.

He is currently the Contracts and Compliance specialist at Nurse Next Door Professional Homecare Services Inc, a Canadian multinational Homecare Franchise company. Nurse Next Door operates as the Franchisor, with 400+ franchise locations across the US, Canada, England and Australia.Permit.

Dr. Oliver Schnorr | Consultant

Dr. Oliver Schnorr completed his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Darmstadt Technical University, Germany, in 2012. He continued his education, earning a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Geology in 2014 and a master’s degree in Production Management in 2016 from the Science and Technology University of Mongolia. Currently, he is pursuing a doctorate in Environmental Studies at Nagoya University, Japan.

Dr. Schnorr began his professional journey as a Sales/Project Manager at Eurokhan LLC from 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2021, he served as a specialist in the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, followed by the head of the Department of Foreign Cooperation at the Nuclear Energy Commission. With extensive experience in international project implementation, program training, and research activities, Dr. Schnorr brings a wealth of knowledge to his roles.

Since May 2023, Dr. Schnorr has held the position of Director of Operations and Sales at Eurokhan LLC. He is a certified engineer in Mongolia and is fluent in German, English, and Russian languages.

Lior Srulovic | Consultant

Lior has over 16 years experience in corporate finance. After graduating with honors from the John Molson School of Business in 2004, he started his career working at Notre Dame Capital, a Montreal-based limited market dealer. The firm was involved in over 400 financings, representing some $4 billion. From there, Mr. Srulovicz went on to set up his own corporate advisory firm, LSR Growth Capital, specializing in supporting small and middle-market companies in all aspects of the deal-making process. He was involved in the pre-IPO of Amaya Gaming both as an investor and advisor. Amaya ended up buying Poker Stars for $4.9 billion and became the worlds largest publicly traded online gaming company, known today as the Stars Group. He continues to advise, invest and help raise capital for companies in a variety of industries. Over the years, his relationships have grown to encompass the brokerage community, family offices, PE funds, VC’s, endowment funds and pension funds. Mr. Srulovicz graduated from Concordia University with honors where he was a Calvin Potter Fellow, member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society and Golden Key International Honor Society in recognition for his academic achievements.

John Daly | Corporate Spokesperson

Mr. Daly has enjoyed a ground-breaking career as a TV host, TV producer, journalist, and author. John is best known for two pioneering shows. He hosted and helped launch Real TV, the first all-video news magazine show from Paramount Domestic TV. The syndicated show hit 4 million viewers a night and was the highest rated first season show. Real TV flourished as computer-chip driven camcorders hit stores in the mid-1990s. As a result, many viewers delivered their videos to Real TV and got paid by the show. Additionally, along with his co-host Susan Anzalone, they have created more than 80 half-hour TV shows that are seen on five streaming networks worldwide. They also wrote the book, The TV Studio in Your Hand, about creating great vacation videos and your own TV show on a smartphone. John turned his pioneering ways to healthcare.
