Golkor Inc. (“Golkor”), is a international roll up and consolidation holding company focused on gold, silver, copper, and valuable precious and base metal assets. Golkor plans to become a world class junior mining company through strategic joint ventures, acquisitions, development, and construction of processing facilities. Golkor will begin its first production project alongside AMBEX Ghana Limited gold project located in Obuasi Ghana, West Africa.
Golkor is implementing it’s first production plan to begin its pilot plant production of 400 tons per day (raw ore) under a 50/50 joint venture with AMBEX’S mining licenses. The company has developed local partnerships with landowners and license holders to maximize production while upholding the highest standards of safety and environmental practices through our production partnerships. Under the consolidation plan Golkor will also retain the right to acquire 90% of AMBEX Ghana Limited under a long-term consolidation plan.
